Great success for Yasmine Hamza (members of the Südtirol Badminton School)!
The 17 year old Italian champion won the Bulgarian Junior International, tournament held in Svilengrad city.
In the history of Italian badminton Yasmine (registered for SSV Bozen Club) is the only who won the Ladies single event at a Junior tournament, valid for the World Junior ranking.
Yasmine Hamza’s goal is to qualify for the 2024 Olympic Games in Paris.
“It was a clear step forwars and an excellent start for the new season”, says Coach/Csaba Hamza who could not be there because he was buys in Müheim an der Ruhr with the Olympic team of German National Team. Soon he will be joined by his daughter and Katharina Fink. Both girls will train for the first time at German National Centre.
